Boat is scheduled to come into port around September 18th-25th area, so mid to late month depending on weather. Once these arrive we will begin shipping on them immediately for a few days before NYCC.
We ordered a lot of extras. We did not spend a single penny earned from this on anything but Giant Meowchi, We heard your feedback on us not listing these online once they arrive, and so we'll do our best to list them ONLY if possible sometime around mid November once the Indiegogo shipping completes.
Our Indiegogo supporters are our priority. We will be shipping all Indiegogo items out starting the last week of September and we will have 1 dedicated shipper on them all of the way through completion which we anticipate to be around mid to late October. Please remain patient as we try our best to get these out.
The Giant Meowchi will be shipping while we're at NYCC, so you'll see your item ship sometime between end September and mid October (may be later if there are any delays getting to us). We will have around 5-10% of the packages out by NYCC, so if you do NOT have your item by NYCC and see the Giants at NYCC do not panic, those are not the Indiegogo stock. We have them all separated and your items are going out.

Hi All!
You all are always surprising us with the amount of Giants we have to produce! A slight 30-45 day delay this time around, but nothing we cannot handle with a little patience! So we appreciate yours!
The ship has finally began its journey to us, and we should expect it in the next 30-40 days or so. The ship will be here hopefully by mid to late September, at that time we will begin fulfillment on all items.
We thank you for the continued support. While we know delays can be a frustrating life lesson that people of all ages will eventually learn to accept...you all know we will ALWAYS deliver on the promise to provide you with high quality plush toys, and will always make good on our campaigns even if delayed at times.
I suppose we have to either select between a smaller amount of support and on time projects, or the continued HUGE outpouring of support we receive from our lovely fans and a bit of a delay here and there. From now on... we're just going to add 2 months to all projections since you are all so eager to help us on every campaign.
Thank you, each and every person, for your support of our brand and business. It means a lot that we have so many positive supporters. Your items will be here soon and you'll be snuggling them in no time!

Giant Meowchi production is wrapping up now. We anticipated delays with these, so the July estimation is now only pushed back 30-45 days. We anticipate these being in hand sometime in August (probably late August) and starting their shipping late August to early September. All designs look good though, and you'll be pleased with the results!

Giant Meowchi production will finish soon. They will then be on a boat for 30-45 days depending on shipping congestion. We are still expecting them between late July to mid/late August, as it can vary greatly. They are wrapping up though, and they will be here before too long.
The Indiegogo Campaign had 5 decline cards. Check your email to see if your card was declined and follow the instructions to set up a new payment method.
The Backerkit Pre-Order had 28 declined cards. Check your email to see if your card was declined and follow the instructions to set up a new payment method.
Contact Backerkit support or refer to their FAQ section if you need assistance doing this. If you do NOT see a charge to your card in the next 7-10 business days, your card was probably declined and you will not be receiving your items. We will not hold items for declined payment methods.
Your addresses are now locked in. If you need to change your address come July-August when they arrive you will need to reach out to customer support via Backerkit or our website by using the "Contact Us" option. Do not message us on Facebook or social media of any sort as we will need to verify certain information with you and will not do so over messages there.
Extra Giant Meowchi will be going to conventions only after all orders are sent out for Indiegogo and pre-orders. We may have some up around the holidays if they do not sell out at conventions but cannot guarantee this.

I. Plush Production Updates
Plush are in production. The timeline of July is still doable, but chances are it will be closer to August, so only slightly behind schedule. But we had a lot ordered this time around too. Once we have updates regarding a completion date, shipping date, etc we will make additional updates.
II. Backerkit Pre-Orders (Giant Meowchi)

III. Next Event
Our next Kickstarter event will be a fast, simple, small Kickstarter event for some Metal/Enamel pins. It is scheduled to begin between July 1st - 5th and will be very affordable for all Metal/Enamel Pin collectors. You can get a sneak peek at these on Twitch next Monday & Tuesday if interested.
