Surveys officially sent today. The system did glitch/hiccup a bit, so they may have been sent twice we were told. You only fill out ONE survey for all of your Meowchi ordered. Not one per Meowchi. Please go through your survey and select your items carefully.
The pre-order store is also open if you are following this project but did not get a chance to order. They will only be open until June 1st - June 15th area depending on when production wraps up. When production finishes and they begin getting on boats, the pre-orders will wrap up and your chance to get them online in 2018 will be finished. The next chance will be early 2019 when you pricing may go up depending on various factors.
Funds have officially been deposited to our account. If you were not charged for these, then there was an issue with your card / payment. You need to log into your account and fix the payment issue on your end.
Surveys are going out in the next 2-3 days, since funds have been deposited. We have begun ordering fabric, and will make updates as the production move along.
Funds are currently being distributed, we will keep you updated on the process. Now, we begin sending surveys out and the pre-order store in Backerkit will open up. As you fill out your survey you'll have the option to pre-order items if you want to add on an additional Meowchi to your pledge. You may also change pledge tiers as you go through your survey if you wish to.
We are sending in the order to our manufacturer mid April, and expect them to be completed by mid June, and arriving by mid July, so things are still fully on track. May even be done earlier than anticipated.

Hello all,
Just an update on surveys. The money from the campaign doesn't reach us until two weeks after the campaign ends, so surveys will not go out until payments are charged, transferred to us, etc. At that time we'll send surveys. We WILL be using BackerKit after all, which means you'll have around 2 months to pre-order any additional Giant Meowchi you may have missed out on during the campaign.
So at this time, the timeline is 1 week or so until funds are to us, followed by another week or so before surveys go out. Surveys will be asked for right away, but the Backer Kit pre-order store will be open for an additional 2 months after.
